Shipping policy

I got the order may 7, I shipped it may 7 expedited  USPS cost me 31.00 charged her way less than that  I did my job and this is not my issue it is USPS  deal. I shipped it the day I got the order........ How dare she..... I am not happy with this .  Please block her from ordering again. I am out $$$ here  she got the product
